Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience operating single axle trucks and related automotive equipment.
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background Investigation.
• Knowledge of trucks, traffic laws, and maintenance practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates single-axle dump, flatbed, water trucks and related equipment to support road maintenance and patching.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Assists in loading/unloading, loading materials for road and park maintenance, and supports sign painting and traffic control tasks.
• Maintains warehouse area and cleans up work sites as needed.
