SUMMARY

Operates road grader in preventive and ongoing maintenance of all farm roadways to ensure safe means of travel for all farm equipment and vehicles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate road grader, dump truck, and belly dump to complete proper grading of all gravel roadways on the farm.
2. Operate front end loader and backhoe as needed for the completion of assigned tasks or projects.
3. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to include regular greasing, maintaining fluid levels, and reporting any machine operation variations for further diagnosis and repair.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a valid state driver’s license.
2. Agriculture or heavy equipment operation experience is required.
