Job summary

Vance Brothers, LLC, a Pavement Preservation Group company, seeks a skilled CDL-A Truck Driver to join our road preservation team in the Midwest. You will operate various trucks and equipment, transport materials to job sites, and assist in road construction projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL, a strong work ethic, and a safety-first mindset. You must be able to travel and stay away for extended periods, including weeks at a time, and be comfortable working outdoors

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Must pass MVR, Clearinghouse, and pre-employment testing.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight for extended periods.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CDL-A Truck Driver to join our road preservation team.

This position involves operating various trucks and equipment, transporting materials and machinery to job sites, and assisting in road construction projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to travel, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL License required.
• Must pass MVR, Clearinghouse, and Pre-Employment Testing.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight for a week at a time, occasionally up to two weeks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of securing loads, handling equipment, and performing manual labor when necessary.
• Ability to remain alert and responsive while operating vehicles and equipment.
