Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in road construction required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a road construction superintendent preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities for road construction job sites.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain project progress.
