Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in road construction.
• Experience in a road construction role preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the overall job plan as defined by bid documents.
• Participate in CPM schedule preparation with PM.
• Maintain a safe workplace per OSHA and K-Five criteria.
• Daily manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate Subcontractors to maintain project progress.
