Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking a Rolling Operator to support groundwork and construction with paving and heavy equipment in Texas. This role involves operating a variety of machines, maintaining material flow, and setting up forms for curbs on active sites.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in related field; 3 years of road construction experience is preferred. Travel and shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience or training in related field; or equivalent.
• 3 years road construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive machines to job sites and transport equipment.
• Adjust material flow and identify low spots for workers.
• Operate paving machines to maintain asphalt flow.
• Set up forms and lay out guidelines for curbs.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report malfunctions.
• Coordinate truck dumping and shovel blacktop.
