Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Rolling Operator to operate paving and construction equipment on Texas job sites. Responsibilities include moving machines, managing material flow, setting up curb forms, and ensuring safe, efficient operation throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of road construction experience, a CDL license, and a strong safety mindset. Willingness to travel and work nights or weekends is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience or training in a related field; or equivalent.
• 3 years of road construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive machines onto trailers and transport them to job sites.
• Adjust machine settings to distribute asphalt and materials evenly.
• Set up forms and lay out guidelines for curbs per specs.
• Inspect, clean, and repair equipment; report malfunctions.
• Coordinate truck dumping and maintain safety procedures.
