The ideal candidate has 5+ years in road/heavy civil construction, strong DOT knowledge, and experience with asphalt/concrete paving. A related degree is preferred, with a collaborative, safety-driven culture offered.

Seeking a Road Construction Project Manager to join the team in the Shreveport, LA area. This role leads end-to-end project delivery for roadway construction projects and offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do as the Road Construction Project Manager:
