Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators and CDL drivers for nationwide travel to install rumble strips and improve highway safety across the United States. This full-time role involves operating CDL equipment, performing inspections, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

1. Operate CDL equipment on local, state, and interstate highways nationwide.
2. Perform pre/post vehicle and equipment inspections.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
4. Work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Assist with preventative maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices for heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and work long shifts (8-14 hours).
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
