Job summary

Atlas Asphalt, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to support road construction and maintenance projects. You will perform a variety of manual tasks under supervision and help keep sites safe and organized.

Responsibilities include digging, lifting, loading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and assisting with concrete, asphalt, and piping work as needed. This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of roads.
• Clear rights of way and manage dirt, brush, and materials; use hand or gas-powered tools.
• Load, unload, and move materials; assist with concrete, asphalt, gravel, and piping work.
• Operate basic tools and assist with forms removal, sealing, and pipe installation.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work area; comply with safety requirements.
