Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Raking and shoveling asphalt mixture during paving operations
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist with unloading mechanisms on truck trailers
• Perform traffic control and flagging as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe job site
• Possibly operate a skid steer loader after training
