Job summary

CWR Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Bulldozer Operator for our local road construction projects. You will operate bulldozer to excavate, grade, and move soil, rock, and other materials for roadway work.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean MVR. You must be able to work days, nights, or weekends; drug testing and background checks apply. We offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Florida driver’s license and have a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer to excavate, grade, and move materials for roadway projects.
• Read grade stakes, plans, and slope indicators to achieve precise grading.
• Perform rough and finish grading for subgrades, shoulders, ditches, and embankments.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance.
• Identify issues and report repairs to supervisors.
• Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with other equipment or labor tasks as needed.
