Job summary

CWR Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bulldozer Operator for our Pensacola, FL operations. You will excavate, grade, and move materials to support roadway construction efforts, reading grade stakes and plans to achieve precise results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bulldozer operation or equivalent.
• Ability to read grade stakes, plans and slope indicators.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer to excavate, grade, level, and move materials for roadway construction.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and slope indicators for precise grading.
• Perform rough and finish grading for subgrades, shoulders, ditches, and embankments.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Identify mechanical issues and report repairs.
