Job summary

CWR Contracting, Inc. is a growing road construction company based in Daytona Beach, FL. We are seeking a Bulldozer Operator for our local operations to support excavation, grading, and earthmoving on road projects.

Responsibilities include reading grade stakes, performing rough and finish grading, inspecting equipment, and keeping work areas safe and organized. Must pass drug tests and background checks; valid Florida driver's license and MVR clearance required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bulldozer operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer to excavate, grade, level, and move soil, rock, asphalt, and other materials for roadway construction projects.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and slope indicators to achieve precise grading.
• Perform rough and finish grading for road subgrades, shoulders, ditches, and embankments.
• Assist in roadbed preparation, drainage installation, and slope stabilization.
