• Attention to detail in grading, measurements and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes) per standards.
• Work with foreman and crew to complete tasks efficiently.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Read grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans to guide work.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crew to maintain project flow.
• Perform general labor tasks when required.
