Job summary

Kagome is seeking a production operator to produce RO puree by managing equipment and processes in a high-speed food facility. You will follow CIP/COP, monitor pasteurization temps, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to operate forklifts, and strong team collaboration. Expect shifts in a noisy, cold/hot plant with rigorous documentation and downtime tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food processing experience in a technically advanced facility.
• Ability to read and follow CIP and sanitation procedures.
• English speaking and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved procedures for receiving raw materials and transfer to RO unit.
• Perform production/CIP changeovers and inspect equipment in operation.
• Monitor product temperature and check brix hourly during pasteurization.
• Perform preventative maintenance per equipment manuals.
• Complete CIP and COP of RO unit and production line.
• Assist forklift operator with staging drums when idle.
• Support quality, sanitation, and paperwork.
