Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Plant Technician to operate and maintain regeneration facilities (PE, DI, Bottled Water) and the plant to ensure a steady supply of quality products for customers.

Responsibilities include regenerating equipment, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse and plant operations with safety and efficiency. No prior experience required; training provided. Excellent teamwork and reliability needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required or training accepted.
• Valid Driver's License and Forklift Certification required.
• Experience with inventory software helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and inventory all parts and equipment.
• Perform regeneration of equipment and test results.
• Operate bottling facility per standards.
• Maintain and repair water conditioning equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to meet goals.
