Culligan Water Conditioning of West Texas Inc. is seeking a Plant Technician to operate and maintain regeneration facilities (PE, DI, Bottled Water) and ensure a steady supply of quality products for customers.

You will perform inventory, regenerate equipment, and operate the bottling line while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and clear communication with customers and colleagues. Training provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License & Forklift Certification.
• Computer skills required: Inventory Software.
• Effective communication.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain regeneration facilities to ensure product supply.
• Perform accurate inventory of all parts and equipment.
• Regenerate equipment components and test results.
• Operate bottling facility according to standards.
• Maintain media levels and inspect tanks for leaks.
• Distribute products and parts to walk-in customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers and complete forms.
• Resolve complaints and seek opportunities for additional sales.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate work with staff and other departments; handle inbound/outbound goods.
• Load/unload forklifts and keep plant clean.
• Follow safety procedures.
