Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a resident care team in a Glendale facility. You will ensure safe, clean environments and help develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.

The position requires an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience in a nursing community, and a willingness to work flexible hours; rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper resident care in a clean, safe environment
• Develops and ensures nursing care plans; collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses to support care strategy
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team
• Records administration of medication
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and proper procedures
• Follows procedures for use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license
• 1 year experience
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Rehab Experience prefereed
