Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse in Arlington, Texas to provide patient-centered care in a safe environment.

You will develop and implement nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, document medications, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care. This role requires an active RN license and flexibility in hours.

Rehab experience is preferred and you will work with a supportive team in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• An active RN license.
• 1 year experience.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab Experience prefereed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develops and ensures nursing care plans with physicians and therapists.
• Draws nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and the health care team.
• Records medication administration accurately.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and facility procedures.
• Adheres to nursing equipment and supplies procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
