General Information

Job Title: RNO-DL-Full Handling/Ramp Agent-Driving/AM-PM/PT

Base Pay Rate: $15.76

Employment Type: Part Time

Position Status: Non-Exempt

Shift Details:

• Days of the week: Monday to Sunday
• Shift Start Times: 04:00 AM (AM shift), 02:00 PM (PM shift)

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.
• Safeguards baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, theft, loss, or damage.
• Transfers passenger baggage, freight, and mail in and out of aircraft safely.
• Operates pushback equipment and maintains visual contact with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Records and receives customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials.
• Delivers and transports cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, maintaining proper records.
• Operates motorized equipment like belt loaders, lift trucks, pushback tugs, and manually pushes carts when needed.
• Completes paperwork and updates company systems as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned within skill and experience level.

Qualifications

• Must be a local resident.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security clearance.
• Capable of lifting 70+ pounds regularly, and 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
• Able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in cramped or high places.
• Can carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• High School diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
