RNO-DL-Full Handling/Ramp Agent-Driving/AM-PM/PT

Base Pay Rate: $15.76

Employment Type: Part Time

Position Status: Non-Exempt

Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 04:00 AM start

Responsibilities

1. Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
2. Safeguard customers' baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction.
3. Handle passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials safely, including lifting, loading/unloading, sorting, and transferring.
4. Operate pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure safety.
5. Record and receive customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials.
6. Transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, and prepare related records.
7. Operate or drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback tugs, and carts, or manually handle push carts and containers.
8. Complete paperwork and data entry related to work assignments.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check up to 10 years.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security identification.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 70 pounds regularly and repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cramped or high places and carry heavy items on jetway stairs.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Over one year of relevant experience.
