Job summary

EDS Service Solutions, LLC is seeking a capable site supervisor at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. You will monitor all employees scheduled to work on your shift, ensure productivity and compliance with safety protocols, and cover for the Site Manager when needed.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record (3 years).
• At least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all employees scheduled to work on your shift.
• Ensure employees are productive and adherent to safety protocols.
• Maintain productivity standards and benchmarks at the location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and perform directed tasks.
• Cover drivers/transporters, leads, and VSAs as needed to meet customer needs.

• Making sure employees are following safety protocols

• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.

• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.

• Coach and mentor new employees.

• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.

• Cover driver/transporters, lead, and VSAs (car cleaners) as needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• And have a Driver's License

• Clean Driving Record (3 years)

• At least 2 years of experience

Education and experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.

Rate: $19.00 hr - weekly Pay
