Job summary

Tomorrow RNG is seeking a Landfill Gas Pump Technician in Kilgore, TX to ensure pumps and related systems operate reliably. The role involves regular field rounds, log keeping, and adherence to safety guidelines in a demanding outdoor environment.

The position may require on-call availability for upset conditions and emergencies, with a 10-hour shift schedule and potential overtime. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of the site and be comfortable working in harsh conditions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Fundamentals of working with computers and navigating Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask and be self-directed.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all elements.
• Does not mind getting dirty.

Responsibilities

• Follow established field maintenance procedures and design standards.
• Perform pump round duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collect and log pump counts; upload data to designated systems.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic well pump operations.
• Clean and repair pneumatic well pumps.
• Install pneumatic well pumps.
• Perform well sounding and related diagnostics.
• Assist with general field operations and team support.
• Safely and correctly use hand and power tools.
• Understand and troubleshoot field processes and equipment.
• Read and interpret field maps and understand GCCS components.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely.
• Provide end-of-day reports with operational details.
• Maintain and update data systems.
