Tomorrow RNG is seeking a Landfill Gas Maintenance Tech in Kilgore, TX to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair valves, gas lines, and well heads in the landfill field. The job is full-time and physically intensive, with on-call shifts and potential weekends.

Applicants must live within 45 minutes of the assigned site; no prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role requires safety-minded, hardworking individuals able to work outdoors in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Enjoys outdoor work in all elements.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Fundamentals of using computers and navigating Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to field maintenance procedures and design standards.
• Perform daily Well/Pump rounds and monitor capacity expectations.
• Install/pull, troubleshoot, test pumps.
• Assist with extending gas wells under supervision.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety practices.
• Update maintenance log accurately.
• Communicate with teams to improve gas flow.
