Job summary

AD Energy Recruitment is seeking a skilled RNG Process Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain processes for renewable natural gas production. The role requires a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, process design, and environmental systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 3–5 years in process engineering; RNG/biogas experience preferred.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD), CAD tools, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RNG production processes including anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, and gas separation.
• Lead or assist RNG project planning, execution, and commissioning within budget and schedule.
• Provide engineering support for ongoing operations, troubleshoot and implement improvements.
• Monitor process performance metrics and ensure quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards; conduct risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align improvements with goals.
• Maintain detailed records of process designs, modifications, and procedures.
