Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Plant Manager for an RNG facility to maximize production while upholding safety and environmental standards. You will operate specialty gas processing equipment, compressors, and H2S removal systems, coordinating with MAGOM and WMRE leaders to meet objectives.

The role requires leadership in outages, vendor management, and maintaining documentation for compliance and performance. A strong background in gas processing and instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 5 years of relevant work experience in plant operations or maintenance.
• Driver license valid in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain RNG facility equipment and instrumentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and budget adherence.
• Respond to outages, diagnose issues, and return plant to operation.
• Maintain records, data analysis, and reporting for plant performance.
