Qualifications

• RNFA certification and CNOR are required or preferred.
• Perioperative nursing experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intraoperative patient care as first assistant to the surgeon as part of the perioperative team.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality of care.
• Monitor patient responses, adjust plans, and administer medications per standards.
• Develop and manage perioperative care plans and document progress.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to team learning.
