Job summary

BrothersTech in Chico, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join the perioperative team. The RNFA will serve as the First Assistant to the Surgeon in the operating room and Labor & Delivery, providing direct perioperative care and supporting surgeons throughout procedures.

This 16-week contract offers a strong chance of long-term extension. Shifts are 8- or 10-hour days starting at 6:30 AM, with competitive hourly pay of $98–$105.

Qualifications

• RNFA experience required.
• CNOR certification required.
• California RN License current.
• CPR certification current.
• ACLS certification current.
• Must be available for 8- or 10-hour day shifts starting at 6:30 AM and alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Function as First Assistant to the Surgeon in the OR and Labor & Delivery Suite.
• Provide direct perioperative patient care within RNFA role.
• Assist the surgeon throughout surgical procedures.
