Job Description

Integration, Commissioning, and Datafill Engineers with experience on the NSN UMTS/GSM platform for consulting positions in Chicago.

Tasks Include:

• Commission and integrate NSN Node B & GSM Flexi remotely from BSC/RNC/OSS.
• Create SCF & load 2G / 3G datafill to BSC/RNC as per CIQ.
• Troubleshoot I & C related issues.
• Provide technical support to field teams for installation, integration & commissioning.
• Alarm & performance monitoring post swap.
• Technical support for the RNC which includes routine RNC O&M and troubleshootin

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Candidate should have hands on working experience on NSN RNC/OSS with Node-B TRS, Commissioning file generation & execution.
• Creation of sites and neighbors (both UTRAN and GSM)
• Understand Protocol analysis and call flow messaging
• Understand protocol analyzer setup and output
• Understand the parameters for Air interface algorithms (Power control / Admission control / Handover control / etc.)
• Create KPI & monitor Alarm on the OSS application ATM/IMA knowledge and implementation
