Job summary

Fairview Manor is seeking a part-time RNAC (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator) to join our nursing team in Fairview, PA. The RNAC will coordinate MDS and care planning with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely submissions and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include education for nursing staff, completing MDS assessments within required timeframes, and coordinating MDS and care plan activities with the Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.

Position Summary:
