AdamsPlace seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the RN, Nurse Assessment Coordinator position. This role emphasizes geriatrics nursing and requires a strong commitment to patient care alongside teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed to practice nursing in Missouri.
• Professional experience in geriatrics nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge in Resident Assessment Instrument and applicable regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor medical records validation.
• Work with the team to assure completion of care area triggers.
• Provide ongoing training for accurate medical record documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• CMAC Certification preferred.
• Professional experience in the practice of geriatrics nursing.
• Knowledge and expertise in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument including all applicable rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of SNF Part A Medicare and Consolidated billing rules.

RN, Assessment Coordinator Position Highlights
