Rush Oak Park Hospital is seeking an RN2 for the Emergency Department in Oak Park, IL. This part-time, night-shift role (12-hour shifts) requires robust nursing skills and licensure to provide high-quality patient care in a busy ED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience.
• BSN or ADN diploma in nursing.
• Within 1 year from hire, BSN program enrollment required.
• Grandfathering rules for ADN RNs hired before 10/22/2020.
• ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must pursue BSN within 3 years.
• RN2 leveling requires proficiency at RN1 or equivalent.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 3 months (ICU/Telemetry/Med/Surg/ED).
• PALS within 3 months (PACU/ED).
• Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles.
