Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of nursing experience.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS required within 3 months of hire.
• BSN or ADN degree; BSN enrollment within 1 year of hire.
• RNs hired before 10/22/2020 with ADN or diploma grandfathered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patterns of patient responses and uses experience to implement solutions.
• Consults with the health care team when assistance is needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and preceptorship on the unit.
