Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking an Area Program Director (Registered Nurse) to lead wound care and hyperbaric centers in the region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive clinical performance, and work with physicians and hospital partners to elevate patient care.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and program utilization, with requirements including a nursing degree (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and 3 years of nurse management experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• 3 years’ experience of nurse management or hospital service line management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care and Hyperbaric centers within the area with strong clinical operations oversight.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital partners and RXH management to meet performance goals.
• Manage center staff performance, training, and behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership in wound clinic and HBO suites and partner on improvement plans.

Full Time Registered Nurse – Area Program Operations Director

As Area Program Director, you are responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day activities within the Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment centers in your area! With a good sense of Clinical Operations, this multifunctional role partners both internally and externally to ensure we take patient wound care to the next level.In this role you will engage with physicians and medical staff in our state of the art wound care facilities. The ideal Director executes objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the center. Wound Care/ongoing training will provide you the tools to be successful in your role.

Overall Expectation:

• Uphold hospital partner reports/operations, directly collaborate with management and RXH staff
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues between centers, physicians and hospital partners
• Manage clinic/operational center employees in terms of performance, behavioral and training
• Visible in wound clinic and HBO suite demonstrating leadership by example
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff on RXH’s Performance Improvement Plan
• Prepare/manage salary, budget and financial objectives. Maximize monthly program utilization

Qualifications:

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire is required.

• Associates degree in nursing, Bachelors of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals - some business focus preferred
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 3 years’ experience of nurse management, hospital service line management preferred
• Excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), technologically savvy
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment
