Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Wound Care for a nursing job in Tampa, Florida.

The role provides administrative and clinical oversight for patient care across clinic locations, ensuring high-quality nursing services. The manager will lead the ambulatory nursing team, develop guidelines, manage budgets with senior leadership, and drive continuous improvements in clinical and operational performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Florida Registered Nurse License required.
• Minimum four years of progressive healthcare experience with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with burn and wound care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for patient care across clinic locations.
• Ensure quality nursing care within the department and ambulatory setting.
• Lead nursing delivery and maintain top licensure responsibilities.
• Develop and update departmental nursing guidelines and SOPs.
• Support budget planning and staff based on historical trends and goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and performance standards are met.
