Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Wound Care in a hospital setting. The role requires CWOCN and BLS certifications, an active RN license, and a minimum of 2 years of wound care experience. The position emphasizes leadership in planning and safe care delivery, with standard day shifts.

The RN will provide direct wound/ostomy care, adhere to nursing processes, and maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. This is a 12-month assignment with Monday–Friday shifts and 8-hour days.

Description:The Registered Nurse is accountable for providing care to Wound/Ostomy Care patients.The care is provided by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures.The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment.Leadership is required in anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care.The nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.Patient care priorities are delegated commensurate with the education and experience of available staff.The position includes providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
