Qualifications

• RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• BSN preferred; graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to adult patients on a 20-bed Women\'s Services unit.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Initiate treatments and monitor patient progress during hospitalization.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge.
• Document patient status accurately in the medical record.
• Support recovery after surgery and postpartum care.
• Foster teamwork and accountability within the unit.
