Job summary

Legacy Health's Randall Children’s Hospital in Portland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a premier high-risk unit. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and advocate for patient and family needs in a dynamic, teaching hospital environment.

Requirements include a state RN license and BSN preferred, with at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency. OB/L&D experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required for the state.
• BSN strongly preferred; applicants working toward BSN encouraged to apply.
• At least one year of nursing experience or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care within your assigned department/unit.
• Collaborate with the health care team under the guidance of the clinical manager or designee.
• Adhere to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses.
• Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Follow established patient care standards for Legacy Health System, including patient assessment and transfer protocols.
