Job summary

Legacy Health's Mount Hood Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care within an assigned department and to collaborate with the health care team under the direction of the clinical manager. The nurse will adhere to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses and participate as part of a care team with physicians, families and the community.

Qualifications

Education: BSN preferred or in progress; RN licensure required.
Current RN license and BLS certification required.
One year RN experience or completion of Legacy RN Residency or equivalent program.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care within an assigned department/unit.
Collaborates with the health care team under the direction of the clinical manager.
Adheres to the Standards and Scope of Practice for the RN.
Performs nursing process: Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Follows Legacy Health standards for patient assessment and transfer.
