Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certifications required within 6 months.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to the care team.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient support.
• Assess learning needs and provide tailored education.
• Advocate for patient well-being.
