HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit. You will coordinate nursing care, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care close to home.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas or compact license
• 1+ year RN experience in an acute Med Surg setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 days of start

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
• Provide age-appropriate patient care with independent nursing judgment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and Nursing Service Division standards
