Shift: Mon - Fri; 8am to 4:30pm
The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate care, triage patients, and work with clinic staff and providers. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing Plans of Care, administering medications, ensuring care quality, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
