Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in West Seattle, WA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN). The role involves assessing residents, administering medications, monitoring health, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, while supervising nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. BSN preferred.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Prefer experience in long term care, geriatric rehab, sub-acute and or critical care clinical setting.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses per physician orders.
• Document assessments, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and provide staff orientations.
