Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Manager (RN) at Southampton Estates. The role leads the Wellness Home Services program within designated communities, supervising staff, managing operations, and ensuring quality service delivery.

The position is part-time with a salary range of $40,844.50 to $49,992.50 per year, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with state board.
• 1–2 years supervisory and clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care or home health.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months).
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of the Wellness Home Services program within designated communities.
• Oversee and manage all program operations and supervise team members.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility and lead marketing initiatives while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Enforce adherence to policies and procedures.
