Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Wellness Home Services Manager (RN) to lead the operation of the Wellness Home Services program within designated communities. You will supervise team members, manage operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a fiscally responsible manner.

The role requires an active RN license, 1–2 years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory and clinical nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months).
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the Wellness Home Services program within designated communities.
• Oversee and manage all program operations and supervise team members.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility, lead marketing initiatives, and ensure service delivery.
• Enforce adherence to policies and procedures.
