Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks a part-time RN or LPN to enhance wellness services for older adults in affordable housing communities across Reading, Dorchester and Somerville, MA.

This 24-hour/ week non-clinical role focuses on wellness education and linking residents to supportive services. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN or LPN license, bring 2–3 years in community health settings, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LPN License.
• 2-3 years of experience in a community setting serving older adults.
• Experience with seniors and persons with disabilities a plus.
• Knowledge of area healthcare plans, supportive services and community resources.
• Strong communication, organization, writing and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide wellness education to residents.
• Connect residents to supportive services and resources.
• Collaborate with the resident-services team across Reading, Dorchester and Somerville, MA.
