Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Director for The Hallmark in Chicago. You will lead the wellness department to ensure high-quality physical and psychosocial care, upholding residents’ dignity and independence.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with health partners, and drive engaging wellness programs that foster a warm, home-like community for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years of experience in senior housing.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to deliver physical and psychosocial care with dignity and choice.
• Direct supervision, scheduling, and mentoring of wellness staff on a 24/7 basis.
• Coordinate with hospital, physicians, and community services to provide comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain resident charts and ensure regulatory compliance and safe practice.
