Job summary

Lakeview Estates is seeking an RN to join their team as a Wellness Director. The Wellness Director provides leadership and management of residents’ health and well-being, overseeing clinical programs, QA and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years department management experience with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Multi-department experience strongly recommended.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living, Dementia care or Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of residents’ health and well-being.
• Oversee clinical programs, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and onboarding of clinical and care coordinator team members.
• Coordinate Medication Care Manager training where allowed by state regulations.
