Job summary

The RN Wellness Coordinator will design and implement programs that promote healthy behaviors and outcomes for Covenant Health System employees in Lubbock. They assess needs, educate adults, and evaluate program impact on the organization.

This onsite, full-time role runs 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on departmental needs. Texas RN license and BLS are required at hire; bachelor's in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Texas Registered Nurse license required at hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required at hire.
• Experience teaching health education to adults.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee wellness programs.
• Assess population health needs and interests.
• Educate and counsel employees on health topics.
• Coordinate special health events and community programs.
